Friday, October 17 – Vendor Load-In & VIP Night

Load-In Time: 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM
You may temporarily park near the red carpet doors to unload your items. Once finished, please move your vehicle to the parking garage or open parking lot area to allow space for other vendors.

Load-In Options:
Red Doors/Carpet: Unload here and take the SOUTH elevators to Level 3 (Ballroom).
Parking Garage: Park and use the garage elevators to Level 3, which connects directly to Level 3, where the ballroom is located.

Large Items/Freight Elevator: If you have large displays or heavy items, freight elevator access must be requested in advance.

Can’t make it during load-in?
If you’re unable to arrive during the designated load-in times, you can check in at our Registration Desk during show hours. Our team will be happy to assist you and help you find your table.

Vendor Check-In

When you arrive at the Ballroom (Level 3), please check in with our Rock Solid Team before setting up.

At check-in, you’ll:

Be escorted to your table(s)
Receive two (2) vendor badges per table (badges must be worn at all times)
Have the option to purchase additional vendor badges if needed: $20 each
Receive one (1) parking pass per vendor per day
Additional parking passes: $10 each
Be issued a Nevada State Sales Tax form

Display Case Rentals

Important:
At the conclusion of the event, all vendors must:

Declare total sales
Submit payment for sales tax to the Rock Solid team

We will file these tax documents on your behalf with the Nevada Department of Taxation.
Failure to complete this step will put both you (as the vendor) and us (as the promoter) at risk with the tax office, so please ensure it’s done before leaving Sunday.

Parking Information

If you are staying at the Plaza, parking is included for the duration of your stay.
If you are not staying at the Plaza, please let us know so we can issue your 1 parking pass per vendor area.
Each pass is valid for one day of the show. There are NO in and out privileges. If you leave and return during the day, you will be responsible for your parking rate upon your return.
Additional parking passes may be purchased for $10 each.

Setup Reminder: Shelving & Display Guidelines

If you’re planning to use shelves or risers at your table, please follow these guidelines to help ensure great visibility for everyone:

Shelves cannot block the line of sight for neighboring tables.
If attendees can’t see other vendors, they may walk right past them.
All shelving or tall displays must be placed behind your table, not in front or beside it.
